She has spent over a decade dedicated to building phenomenal teams at companies ranging from small startups to some of the world's best and largest tech giants — most notably at Salesforce. Kelly joined Sercante to support the company’s tremendous growth. She is laser-focused on scaling hiring, onboarding, and the employee journey. Her passion lies in recruiting design, organizational build-out, and most importantly, driving a fantastic employee experience. When Kelly isn't working, you'll catch her with her "mom hat" on, enjoying every bit of her three daughters, husband, and hound dog, Baker.
